       for such Term & time & at such Rate & Prizes as their s.d attorney
       shall think fitt & to that end to make doe signe & Buss all such
       Leases Releases Assignments Conveyances acts Deeds Matters
       & things as shall be Requisite & Necessary which shall be of Like
       force & Virtue as if the said constituants had joyntly or severally
       signed & duly executed & passed the same with power in all things
       Releateing to the premisses to compound conclude & agree by arbitration
       or otherwise as their s.d attorney shall think fitt And
       Generally In & Concerning the premises to do perform and
       execute all & whatsoever shall be Requisite & necessary as fully
       amply & effectually to all intents constructions & Purposes
       as they the said constituants joyntly or severally might or
       could do if Personally Present & that altho the cause should
       Require more ample or Especiall Power than is herein before
       Particularly Exprest with power to substitute one or more
       attorneys under him with like or Limitted power & the same
       againe to Revoak they the said constituants hereby (Joyntly
       & Severally) promising to Ratify confirm & hold for Goods & Vallid
       all & whatsoever their said attorney or his substitutes shall
       Lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the premises by
       Virtue of these presents thus done & passed in London af.d
       in the presence of Henry Sampson and Robert Hayes
& Henry Baldwin Witness hereunt Required
