       their hands custody or Possession to them the said Micajah
       Perry Sen.r and Micajah Perry Jun.r or either of them or to
       the said Micajah Perry Sen.r as surviveing copertner of
       the said Rich.d Perry Deced or otherwise Howsoever
       Due owing Belonging or in any wise appertaining in
       Maryland af.d for or by what reason or means soever
       Nothing Excepted nor Preserved and to that end with all &
       every Person & Persons whome it shall or may concern
       to account & to view settle & adjust all accounts and the
       Ballance thereof to Receive upon Recoveries & Receipts
       to give one or more acquittances or other sufficient Discharges
       in Due Form of Law But in Case of Refusall of ^or^ delay
       by any person or persons whome it shall or may concern to make
       & Render Just & true account & payment & satt^i^sfaction in the
       Remises him or them thereunto to compel by all Lawfull ways
       & means whatsoever also if need be to appear before all
       Lords Judges & Justices in any court or courts there to answer
