(315) x.d By this Publick Instrument of Procuration or Letter of Attorney Be it known & manifest unto all those who shall see these presents or hear the Same Read that on the Seventeenth Day of Aprill Anno Dom 1721 and in the seventh year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George By the grace of God of great Brittaine France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c.a Before me James Puckle Notary & Tabellion Publick dwelling in London by Royall Authority Duly admitted & sworne And in the Presence of the Wittnesses Hereafter named Personally Appeared Mess.rs Micajah Perry Sen.r and Micajah Perry Jun.r of London Merchants who Declared to have made ordained & constituted & by these presents do make ordaine & constitute Thomas Bordly of Annapolis in Maryland Esq.r Their true & Lawfull attorney Giveing & by these presents Joyntly & severally Granting unto the said Thomas Bordley full power & Lawfull Authority for them the said constituants in their or either of their name or names (as the cause shall Require) to ask demand sue for & by all lawfull ways & means Recover & Receive of & from the Heires Executors & Adm.rs of Charles Carroll Late of Maryland aforesaid Esq deced in his life time attorney to the said Micajah Perry Sen.r M.r Rich.d Perry his late partner deced & of and from all & every other Person or persons whatsoever inhabiting in Maryland aforesaid all such sume & sumes of money Goods wares Merchandizes Effects & Estate & also all such deeds Mortgages Evidences Scripts Bonds Bills Notes Writings & things whatsoever which they or any of them now doth or do or shall or may hereafter owe or stand indebted or have or hath in his their or any of (their) |
