(309) Hereunto sett their hands and affixt their seales interchangeabley the day and year above Written his Signed Sealed and Delivered Rich.d T Fowler (seal) mark in the Presence of us her Sam.l Young Prisill U Fowler (seal) John Young mark On the back of the Aforegoing Conveyance was thus written Viz.t Signed Sealed and Deliverd in the Premisses July the 26.th 1721 Then Came the within named Rich.d Fowler and Presilla his wife and acknowledgd the Lands and P.rmises therein containd to be the right of John Worthington and his heires for ever and at the same Time the said Presilla being secretly exam.d out of the hearing of her said Husband did give her Vollantary and free consent to the passing the s.d Dead according to act of assembly in that case made and provided before me Sam.l Young Ro.c Jus Maryland fs.tt Know all men by these presents that whereas Charles Carroll of the Citty of Annapolis Esq did this day advance and pay unto me William Fit Redmond of Prince Georges County the severall Sumes of one hundred forty four pounds five Shilling and two pence sterl money and one hundred Eighty Eight pounds Eight Shilling and Seaven pence Cur.t money makeing in the whole the sume of Three hundred thirty two pounds thirteen shillings and nine pence (and) |
