       the above Bargaind P.rmises are at the time of the
       Easealing and Dilivery of these P.rsents Clear and
       free of and from all maner of incumbrances whatsoever
       whether by statutes Judgm.ts Recognizances morgages
       forfitures or attainders of him the said Rich.d Fowler
       Prisilla his wife or by any other ways or meanes
       Whatsoever Provided always and it is further
       Convenanted that if the said Rich.d Fowler and
       Prisilla his wife their heires Execu or Adm doe well
       and Truly repay the said John Worthington his heirs
       Execu Admins.rs or assignes the full sume of Twenty
       Pounds Ster money by Good Indrst bill of Exchange
       Drawn on Sume Responsable March.t in London and
       theire paid accordingly and also Lawfull Interest
       for the same from the date hereof with said bills of
       Exchange shall be drawn and Indorst by same
       Good Responsable men in this Province and Deliverd
       To the said John Worthington his heires execu
       or admis.rs by the said Rich.d Fowler and Presilla
       his wife theire heires execu or admis.rs on or before
       the Twenteth day of July in the year of our Lord seventeen
       hundred and Twenty Three then this indenture and all the
       articles and things therein containd shall be for ever Voyd
       and of now course and all the Lands and P.rmises Revert
       to the said Rich.d Fowler and Presilla his wife In Witt
       Witness whereof the Partys to this indenture have
