       Uuse Possession Claime and Demand Whatsoever
       of him the said Rich.d Fowler and Presilla his wife of in
       and To the said Land and P.rmises hereby Granted or
       Intended To be hereby Granted to the said John Worthington
       his heirs and assigns To have and to Hold
       all the aforesaid Tract of Land called Killkenny with
       the Lands Thereto Adjoyning with the P.rmises and Apartannances
       thereunto belonging unto him the said John
       Worthington his heirs and assigns for ever To the sole
       Proper Uuse and Behoofe of him the said John Worthington
       his heirs and assignes for ever more and to none
       other Intent or Uuse Whatsoever and the said Rich.d
       Fowler and Presilla his wife for themselves their heirs execu and
       adminis.rs and every of them Doth Covenant Promise Grant
       and Agree to and with the said John Worthington his heirs and
       assignes in Manner and forme following Viz that he the s.d
       Richard Fowler and Presilla his wife and their heirs or
       assignes shall and will for every Warrent and Defend
       To the said John Worthington his heirs execu Adm.rs or
       assignes all the above menco^n^ed hereby Granted or Intended
       To be granted Tract of Land and Plantacon with the P.rmises
       and Appurtanances as well from and against him
       the said Richard Fowler and Presilla his wife their
       heirs Execu and Adm.rs for ever as against all maner of persons
       Whatsoever and the said Rich.d Fowler and Presilla
       his wife for them selves their heirs Execu and Admins.rs
       Doth further Covenant Promise grant and agre to and
       with the said John Worthington and his heirs that
