(306) the Precept whe^re^of he the said Rich.d Fowler and Presilla his wife Does hereby acknowledge and Therefrom and from every part and psell Doth feely fully and Absolutely Exonerate Acquit and Discharge the said John Worthington his heirs Execu and Admini.rs and every of them by these P.rsents for ever hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Enfesffd Alend Remist Released and Confirmed and by these P.rsents Doth give grant bargain Sell Enjoy Alien Remiss Release and Confirme to the said John Worthington his heirs and assigns for ever all that tract or Persell of Land being his now Dwelling Plantation and all the Land thereunto belonging containing one Hundred Acres more or Less as Does apear by a pattent from the Lord Baltemore To the above named Richard Fowler Baring date the second Day September Seventeen Hundred and Thirteen with all the other Lands adjoyning To the said Plantation caled or Known by the name of Killkenny Lyeing and being in Baltemore County on the East Side of the North Branch of Petuxen River Togeither with all and singuler the Houses Edefices Buldings Barns Stables Gardian Orchards fences Woods Underwoods Waters Water Courses Easements Emollements Comoditys and Advantages To the same belonging or in any wise appertaineing or with the same Heild Uused occupied or injoyed or accepted Reputed or Taken as part Parsell or Member thereof and Reversion and the Reversions and Remainder ^and Remainders^ Rents Issues and Profits thereof and also all the Estate Right Interest (ouse) |
