       and Parcell thereof to the said Richard Bennett
       his heirs executors administrators and assigns
       to his and their own proper use and behoof in as
       large ample and Beneficial a manner and form
       to all intents and Purposes and Constructions as
       he the said Francis King now hath may might
       or ought to have and enjoy the same in any wise
       by force and Vertue of the said Indenture of
       Lease or demise or the said Indenture of
       Mortgage af.d or either of them any thing in
       them or any of them mentioned to the contrary
       thereof notwithstanding also the said Francis
       King for himself his heirs exec.rs and adm.rs doth
       further covenant grant and agree to and with
       the said Richard Bennett his heirs Executors
       Adm.rs and Assigns that the said two Tracts or Pcels
       of Land w.th their appurtenances are & shall be
       free from all manner of former Gifts grants
       Bargains Sales Executions or Mortgages w.tsoever
       committed or done by the said David Jones deced
       while in his Possession or the said Francis King
       or any other Person or Persons w.tsoever and
       shall continue and remain free from all charges
       and incumbrances whatsoever to the said Rich.d
       Bennett his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes Provided always & it is y.e true intent &
       meaning of these presents y.t if the s.d Francis King his heirs ex.rs ^or^ adm.rs or
