304) either of them do or shall well & Truely pay or caus to be paid to the said Bennett his heirs ex.rs adm.rs or Assignes the full and just sum of Eighty pounds sterl money of great Brittain at or upon the second day of July which shall be in the year of our Lord god one thousand seven hundred and Twenty four w.th Lawfull Interest for the same without any fraud or delay then this present deed and indenture w.th all their Articles Claus and Covenants therein contained to be utterly void and of noe effect but if any default or Delay happen to be made in the payment of the s.d sum of Eighty Sterl Money of great Brittain in the whole or in any part thereof with Lawfull Interest for the same at the Day & Time of payment aforesaid Contrary To the tennor and Intent of the proviso and covenant afores.d then this deed Indenture & Assignment & all the Articles Claus and Covenants therein contained to be remain & Continue Absolute In Wittness Whereof the parties aforesaid have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above Written Francis King (se) |
