302 These Presents Doth grant bargain sell assigne and make over unto the said Rich.d Bennett his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes as well the said two Tracts of Land both Demised and absolutely sold with all and singular the premisses and appurtenances to them or either of them in any wise belonging or Appertaining as alsoe all the Right Estate Title Interest property Claim or Demand whatsoever which he the said Francis King his Executors adm.rs or Assignes now have ^hath^ may might should or in any wise Ought to have claim of in or to the premisses or any part thereof by virtue of the af.d Indenture of Demise & Sale together w.th the s.d Indenture of Demise & Sale and all & every other writeings Deeds Evidences & Records w.tsoever concerning the same To have & to hold the said Lands houses Gardens Orchards Woods Waters and other Pmises & appurtenances to them or either of them belonging which said indenture and writings Estate right Title Interest and all and singular the other Premises before by these Presents bargained sold assigned and made over and every part (and) |
