301 Remaineth to be paid to said Francis King & yet Remaineth unpaid by reason & Means Whereof y.e said two parcells of Land and other the premisses & the whole Estate right Title and Interest of the said David Jones deced in & to the same be came forfeited to the said Francis King & he thereby was & now is and shall be Lawfully Interested and Possessed of the premisses & Every part thereof both Demised & Bargained according to the indenture above mentioned Now this Indenture further Wittnesseth that the said Francis King for & in consideration of the sum of eighty pounds Sterl Money of Great Brittain to him in hand paid by the said Rich.d Bennett at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof the said Francis King doth hereby Acknowledge & himself to be therewith fully satisfyed content and paid and thereof and of every part & pcell thereof doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Acquitt and Discharge in the said Rich.d Bennett his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and every of them for ever by these presents hath given granted bargained sold Assigned and made over & by (These) |
