300 three hundred and Twenty perches to a bound white Oak then by a Right Line to the first bound Tree cont.a Two hundred and Ninety Two Acres of Land More or less together w.th all and singular the buildings houses Outhouses Gardins Orchards Barnes stables ways waters water courses woods underwoods Easm.ts rights & Appurtenances whatsoever to them or Either of them in any ways belonging or Appertaineing the first Tract or percell being a Mortgage for nerley Ninety six years from the Date of the said indenture to the said Francis King ^his heirs & assignes & y.e other tract or pcell being sold to y.e s.d Francis King^ his heirs & Assignes for ever as by the said Indenture Relation being thereunto had may & doth more fully Appear and whereas in the s.d recited Indenture there is a provision or consideracon of redemption of the pemisses upon paym.t of the Sum of Two hundred p.ds Sterl money of great Brittain w.th Lawfull Interest at or upon the day and year ^therein^ Exprest and set Down as relation being there to had may and Doth more fully appear which said sum of two hundred pounds sterl Money of great Brittain w.th lawfull Interest nor any part thereof was never paid nor Tendered to be paid to the said Francis King and yet (remaineth) |
