299 King afd of the county aforesaid his heirs & assignes One Messuage or Tenement Tract or percell of Land then in possession of said David Jones deced being part of a Tract of Land called Waughton lying on the Eastern Branch of Potomack River in Prince Georges County af.d & Demised set & to farm let unto the said David Jones deced by a certain Griffith Morley of the county afd Begining at the first bound Tree of the whole Originall Tract and Runing thence east north east one hundred and eight pches to a bounded Hickory then south three hundred & Twenty pches to a bounded black oak then west South west one hundred and Eight pches to a bound red oak then north three hundred & twenty pches to the first bound Tree containing two hundred Acres of Land more Order or less Alsoe one other Tract or pcell of y.e s.d Land called Waughton Begining at a bounded Hickory being the Second bound Tree of the other parcell of Land above specifyed and running thence south three hundred and Twenty perches to a bounded black Oak Oak of the afd Land Thence East North East One hundred and sixty perches to a bound White Oak then north (three) |
