291) Francis King by Indenture of bargaine & sale made the seventeenth day of May Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and seventeen may and Doth fully Appear which said Tract or Peacell of Land bounded as followeth Begining at a bounded red oak Standing in a branch being a bound Tree of Tho.s Lucases Land and Runing thence East Two hundred and twelve perches till it intersects the Land of M.r Thomas Sprigg then w.th the s.d Spriggs Land North two hundred and Twenty six perches thence west South west two hundred and Eighty & Two pches to a branch thence with the said branch These following courses south forty pches south East thirty six perches south twenty Degrees East forty pches then w.th a Streight Line to the first bound containing Two hundred Sixty and nine Acres of Land be it more or less also One Other Tract or parcell of Land purchased by the said Frances King of Thomas Brook Esq.r as by indenture of bargain and Sale made the twenty Sixth day of Aug.t Anno Dom One Thousand Seveen hundred & Nineteen may and doth ^more^ fully appear which s.d tract or parcell of Land is part of or parcell of two tracts of Land called Brooks Grove and (Repe) |
