       Maryland Gent of the One part & Rich.d Bennett
       of Wye River in the province af.d Esq.r of the other
       part Wittnesseth that the said Francis King
       for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred &
       Sixty pounds sterling money of great Brittaine
       to him in hand paid by the said Rich.d Bennett
       at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of
       these presents the receipt whereof he the said
       Francis King doth hereby acknowledge and him
       self to be therew.th ^fully^ satisfyed content and paid &
       and thereof and of every part and percell thereof
       Doth fully clearly and absolutely acquitt &
       Discharge the said Rich.d Bennett his heirs ex.rs
       & adm.rs and every of them for ever by these presents
       Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed &
       Confirmed and by these presents for him self & his heirs
       Doth grant bargaine sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm
       unto the said Rich.d Bennett and his heirs for ever
       and assignes for ever all the Tracts ^or^ & pcells of land
       hereafter exprest and set down that is to say
       one Tract or percell of Land called Graiden
       scituate lying and being in Prince Georges County
       afd formerly in possession of Philip Gittings
       deced and purchased of and from him by the said
