       On the back of the foregoing conveyance was
       thus written viz.t

Signed Sealed and Delivered
    in presence of
                            Gilbert Falconer
                            Tho.s Jn.o Hammond

Sept.r the 21 1720
                                     Then Came the within named
       Rice Williams before me the Subscriber one
       of his Lordships Justices of the prov.l court and
       acknowledged the w.thin Deed to be his Act and
       the Land and premisses therein contained to be
       the Right and Estate of the w.thin named John
       Davison his heirs and assignes accord^ing^ to the
       directions fo an act of assembly of this province
       in that case made and provided
