       to hold the said Lott of Land according to the bounds
       orriginally ^thereto^ p.rscribed unto him the s.d James his
       heirs & assignes for Ever to his and their Only
       use and the said Jacob Doth for himself his
       heirs Ex.rs & Administrators Covenant
       promise grant & Agree to and w.th the said James
       his heirs and Assignes for Ever hereafter to
       Warr.t & Defend the Lott aforesaid as well against
^him y.e s.d Jacob & his heirs as alsoe ag.t her y.e s.d Mary & her heirs & against^ all Mannor of persons Lawfully Claiming or to
       Claime from by or under them the said Jacob &
       mary or Either of them & the s.d Henry Doth
