             This Indenture Quadripartite made y.e
       seventeenth Day of October in the year of our Lord God
       one thousand seven hundred & twenty Between
       the Reverand Jacob Henderson Mary his wife of
       Prince Georges County and Henry Ridgley of Annarund.ll
       County of the one part and James Carroll of the said
       County of the other part Wittnesseth that for
       & in consideration of the sume of five Shillings
       to them in hand paid alsoe Divers other good &
       valuable considerations the receipt whole of they
       and Either of them doe hereby Aco^w^ledge have
       for themselves & Each of them theirs & each of
       their heirs Given Granted bargained & sold as by
       these presents they y.e said Jacob Mary & Henry doe
       for themselves & each of them their & each of their
       Heires Give Grant bargain sell alien enfeofe confirm
       & make over unto y.e said James his heirs and
       assigns for ever A certain Lott of Ground lying and
       being in Queen Anns Town in Prince Georges County
       af.d being Numbred in the Platt now Produced (Eighteen)
       the said Lott being the third Lott on the Front Computing
       southwardly from the North Eastwardly Corner of the s.d
       Town which said Lott haveing been Orriginally
       built on by Coll Henry Ridgley Granfather to Henry
       Partie to these presents and one of the Husband
       of Mary Henderson af.d Partie to these presants on
       the Back Line of which Lott Lyes a Lott of the s.d
       James bought of John Holland To have and
