       Anthony Ruly his heirs and assignes make doe
       acknowledge suffer and execute or cause or procure
       to be made done acknowledged suffered and executed
       all and every such further and other acts and assurances
       in the Law for the further and more perfite conveying
       and assureing of all and singular the said premisses
       with the appurtenances unto him the said Anthony
       Ruly his heirs and assignes according to the true
       Intent and meaning of the parties to these presents
       As by the said Anthony Ruly his heirs or
       assignes or his Councill Learned in the law shall
       be reasonably devised or advised and recquired In
       Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have
       hereunto interchangeably set their hands and
       seales the day & year first above written

                On the back of the foregoing Deed is thus

       Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Geo
