       with all and every of its appurtenances except only
       as before excepted) unto him the said Anthony Ruley
       his heirs and assignes in form aforesaid forever to the
       only proper use and behoofe of him the said Anthony
       Ruly his Heirs and Assignes for ever And to no
       other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And
       the said John Davison doth hereby for himself
       and his heirs executors and administrators and
       every of them covenant promiss grant and agree
       to and with the said Anthony Ruly his heirs ex.rs
       administrators and assignes That he the said John
       Davison and his heirs executors and administrators
       the said Tract or parcell of Land and premisses
       and all and every its appurtenances (except as
       before excepted) freely and clearly acquitted exonered
       and discharged of and from all former and other
       gifts grants bargaines sales Joyntures Dowers
       Titles of Dower Statutes Recognisances Judgments
       Executions Extents wills entailes and of and from all
       other Incumbrances whatsoever (the rents from hence
       forth to become due to the Lord of the fee only
       excepted) unto him the said Anthony Ruly his heirs
       and assignes for ever from & against him the s.d
       John Davison his heirs & assignes And from and
       against all other persons whatsoever will well and truly
       warrant and forever hereafter defend And
       also that he the said John Davison shall and will
       at any time or times hereafter within the space
       of seven yeares upon the reasonable request
       and at the proper costs and charges of him the s.d
