254 Hundred and Twenty came before me Sam.l Young Esq.r one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall the within Named John Davison And Acknowledged the within Instrument as his Act and Deed according to Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided Acknowledged before me the day & 7½ sides year above written Sam.l Young Recorded the 1.st of March 1720 x.d This Indenture made the Twenty first day of Jannary Anno Domini One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty Between Mary Wicks of Kent Island in Queen Anns County in the Province of Maryland widow the onely surviveing Daughter and heires of Peter Sydes of Talbott County deceased of the one part and Richard Bennett of the Same County and Province Gen.t of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Mary Wicks for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty Pounds Sterling money of Great Britaine to her the said Mary in hand paid by the Said Richard Bennett att and before the ensealing and delivery of These presents the Receipt whereof she the said Mary doth hereby acknowledge and confes and herselfe to be therewith fully satisfyed contented and paid and thereof and from every part and parcell Thereof doth for herselfe her heirs executors and administrators and for every of them fully clearly and absolutely acquitt exonerate and |
