       For me & in my Name one attorny or more und.r him
       to make substitute & revoke & generally to Do Execute
       and Performe all & every such Lawfull act & acts thing
       and things whatsoever w.ch shall be neadfull ^and^ necessary
       to be don in & ab.t the premises as fully wholy and
       effectuially to all intents and purposes as I my self
       might or could if personally present at the doing thereof
       Herby holding and allowing as firm stable & effectuall
       all & whatsoever my said attorny shall Lawfully Doe
       or Cause to be Don in & about the premisses by Vertue of
       these Psents In Wittness whereof I have hereunto
       sett & putt my hand & seal this fifteenth day of Sept.r in the
       fifth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George
       by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine &c France and
       Ireland Annoq Dom ^one thousand^ seventeen hundred and eighteen
