Ex.d  Know all Men by these psents that I John
       Caswell of London Merchant for Divers Causes
       and Considerations me thereunto moveing have made
       ordained constituted and appointed & in my place
       and stead putt & by these presents do make ordain
       constitute & appoint and in my place put Nathaniell
       Dan of Calvert County in the Province of Maryland
       my true & Lawfull Attorney for me & in my name
       according to the Laws of the said province in y.t
       case made & provided to acknowledge before one
       or more of his Lpps Justice or Justices of the
       peace for Ceecill County in the s.d province all y.t
       tract or pcell of Land called the two Necks lyeing on
       the North Eas side of Elk River in Ceecill Co.ty
       afores.d and containing in the whole six hundred
       acres more or less to be the Right of Jacob Roberts
       of Calvert County af.d & to Warr.t the same to the
       said Jacob Roberts ag.t mee & My heirs for ever
       according to the true intent & meaning of a certain
       Deed of Bargain & seal to him thereof made Bearing
       Date the         day of Sept.r last past before the
       Date hereof & made or menconed to be made between
       me the said John Caswill of the one part & the s.d
       Jacob Roberts of the other part as by the s.d Deed
       relacon thereto being had may more ^at large^ appear
       & I the said John Caswell do further Give and by
       these psents Grant to my said attorney full power
       and lawfull authority concerning the Premises
