243 of Annarundell County in the Province of Maryl.d Planter of the one part & Henry Hall of S.t Jameses Parish in Annarundell County in the Province af.d Clk of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas John Boyd of Prince Georges County af.d did by his certaine deed of bargaine & sale bearing date the twenty other fifth day of September one thousand six hundred and ninety seven convey & make over unto the s.d John Mobberly his heirs & Assignes for ever as relation being unto the s.d deed had it may & Doth more at Large Appear all that Large Parcell or part of Land called Ample Grange Lying in Prince Georges County by Puttuxent River Land & th Begining at a bounded white oak standing on a hill by a deep branch in the Line of a Percell of Land called Ample Hessington and Runing ^from^ thence w.th the s.d Branch by the runn of the branch unto Puttuxant River side & w.th the s.d River unto a bounded white oake on the river side & from the s.d oath with the s.d Land called Hessington to the first Tree containing one hundred twenty & seven Acres of Land more or Less Now this Indenture further wittnesseth that the s.d John Mobberly for & in consideration of the sume of thirteen pounds sterling money to him in hand p.d at ^or^ & before the Ensealing & Delivery of these Psents the receipt whereof he (doth) |
