       And depute Tho.s Tongue of Calvert County in
       Maryland Merchant my true and Lawfull Attorney for
       me in my name & to my use to Ask Demand Sue for levy
       recover & Receive All & Every sum & sums of money whatsoever
       now due & owing or to Grow Due & Owing to me
       in Maryland afd from any pson or psons whomsoever
       for rent or otherwise howsoever & to do all other lawfull
       act & acts whatsoever for the better recovery of the same
       & upon receipt of any sum or sums of money w.tsoever
       or More Legall Discharge or Discharges to Give and
       Execute but upon Refusall or Nonpayment thereof one
       or more accon or accons suit or suits for me & in my
