239) Elliner his wife to their heirs & assignes for ever so that neither the s.d Rob.t Guinn nor his heirs or any other Pson or Psons for him or his heirs or in his heirs name or in the name right & stead of him shall or will by any way or means hereafter have claim challenge or demand any Estate right Title or Interest or in or to the Pmisses or any Part or Pcell thereof but from all & every acts on right Estate Title Interest & Demand of in or to the premisses or any part or parcell thereof & he shall be utterly excluded and barrd for ever by these presents & alsoe the s.d Rob.t Guinn & his heirs the three tracts of Land & premisses w.th their appurtinances & y.e Psonall Estate af.d to the s.d Rob.t Jubb & Eliner his wife & their heirs & Assignes to them & their own proper use & uses in manner & forme afd specifyed against his heirs & assignes & every of them and against all manner of pson or psons claiming by from or under him or his heirs shall warr.t & for ever Defend by these Presents In Wittness whereof the partiee first above Named has hereunto sett his hand and affixed his seale this day fifth day of Aug.t in the year of our Lord 1720 Sealed and Delivered in his the psance of Rob.t Guinn (sea) Sarah Chipchaes mark Sam.l Young On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus Endorst Viz.t Be it remembered that the w.thin named Rob.t Guinn came before me Sam.l Young Esq one of the Justices of the Prov.l Court of the Province of Maryland the 5.th day of Aug.t in y.e y.r of our Lord God 1720 & acknowledged the w.thin deed according to Act of Assembly (in) |
