                      To all Christian People to
       whome these Presents shall come Know Yee that
       I Rob.t Guinn of Queen Anns Co.ty Planter for and in
       consideration of the sume of fifteen p.ds current
       money to him in hand the Receipt whereof he does
       hereby Acknowledge & for Divers Others Good
       Causes & Considerations him moveing have
       remised released & for ever Quitt Claims And by
       these p.rsents for himself & his heirs doe fully
       clearly & absolutely remise release & for ever Quitt
       Claime unto Rob.t Jubb of Ann arundell County
       Planter & Eliner his wife their full & peaseable
       possession & seizen now being & to their heirs and
       assignes for ever all such right Estate title Interest
       & Demand w.tsoever as he the s.d Rob.t Guinn had or
       ought to have of in or to all those three tracts or
       percells of Land following Viz.t Leavey Neck
       Neals Purchase & Mascalls Heaven the Two first
       Tracts Lying in Annarund.ll & the third tract Lying in
       Baltemore w.ch s.d Tract were Lately the Lands of
       Jon.a Neale Late of Annarundell County deced
       together w.th all such right Estate title Interest &
       Demand w.tsoever as he the s.d Rob.t Guinn had or
       ought to have of in or to the Psonall Estate of
       the s.d Jon.a Neale deced by any ways or means
       w.tsoever to the real & Psonall Estate afd to have
       and to hold the afd three tracts of Land and
       Premisses w.th the appurtinances thereto Belonging
       as alsoe the s.d Presonall Estate of unto the
       s.d Rob.t Jubb & Eliner his wife & their heirs & assignes
       to the only use & behoof of the s.d Rob.t Jubb &
