       Now Resideing in Theneriffe aforesaid
       whome he addmitted to his service
       in the year of our Lord God one thousand
       seven hundred as credibily informed
       by his the said Depon.ts then copartner
       George Fz Gerald that he the said Peter
       Murty was the Ligitimate son of Stephen
       Murty of Waterford and Elizabeth his wife
       and further Deposeth that the said Peter
       Murty continued in his the Deponents service  
       from the year one thousand seven hundred
       untill the year one thousand seven hundred
       and nine Dureing which Time & since
       he has been held and Reputed to be the
       Litigimate son of ^s.d^ Stephen Murty and
       Elizabeth his wife and believes in his
       conscience that he is soe haveing never
       heard Directly or Indirectly any thing
50 ½ sides    to the contrary & further saith not Dated
       in Theneriffe the Tenth Day of Octob.r one
       thousand seven hundred and eighteen
