                Talbot Kent & Ceceele County Courts

       These are to impower you to appear & prosecute for me
       all actions of what Nature or kind so ever that shall be by
       me in my own copacity or any other ag.t all & every pson
       or psons what so ever resideing or dwelling in ^of^ the afd Co.tys
       or either of them or that shall or hereafter reside or dwell in any of the afd Co.tys
       as also against all fugitive or transient psons if I shall
       or may hereafter sue or prosecute in ^any^ of the said counties
