       And for him the said Peter Murty & in his     
       name as heir to his said Late Father or mother
       or otherwise to Comence and Prosecute any
       suite or suites action or actions as well
       Reall as Personall or Mixt for any Lands
       Tenements & hereditaments Debt Duty
       Matter Cause or thing whatsoever Due or
       belonging or which should be Due or
       belong to the said Peter Murty or to be
       Demanded or that might be Demanded
       by him in Maryland aforesaid in any
       Court or Courts of Record or in any other
       Courts or Place whatsoever for any matter
       cause or thing whatsoever and the same
       actions & suites & every of them to
       Prosecute and follow or Discontinue the
       same or become nonsuite therein if I should
       see cause and also for him the said
       Peter Murty and in his name to use and
       Take all such ways Courses Means & Remedys
       for the Recovery Receiveing haveing
       obtaineing or Gitting any Lands Tenements
       Goods Chattles Debts Dutys sum or sums
       of Money or other thing whatsoever that
       then was or should be or by me the said
       Patrick Trahee should be conceived or though
       to be unto the said Peter Murty belonging
