       and from time to time to ask sue for Levye
       Require Recover and Receive all and all Manner
       of Debts Dutyes Rent and Rents Good & Chattles
       sum and sumes of money then Due or there
       after to be Due payable or belonging unto
       the said Peter Murty by any Person or Persons
       whatsoever and upon Receipt thereof or of
       any Part thereof in the name of the said
       Peter Murty or in my ^own^ name to make and execute
       Proper and Legall acquittance or other Discharge
       for the same and also for him the said
       Peter Murty & in his name and stead to enter
       & make any entrye or entryes into all or
       any Land Tenements or hereditaments of
       the said Peter Murty in Maryland
       or out of which any Rent or other Duty
       or thing then was or should be Due payable
       or belonging unto the said Peter Murty and
       unto all or any other Lands Tenements or
       hereditaments that then Did or might belong
       unto the said Peter Murty by Reason
       of the non payment of any Rent or Rents
       sum or sums of money then Due or
       Payable to the said Peter Murty upon or
       by Reason of any Lease or Leases Estate or
       Estates Conveyance or Conveyances or otherwise
       however and also for him the said Peter Murty
       & in his name to Take or Cause to be Taken
       any Distress or Distresses and to make or cause
       to be made any ^avowry^ avocery or avocerys ^avowerys^ cannsance or
