       Due oweing or payable in Maryland
       aforesaid in any wise howsoever as the
       said Peter Murty could use or Take if
       he was present in Person and alsoe to
       appear answer & answer and Defend for
       him & in his name in all manner of
       actions & suites whatsoever which were
       or at any time thereafter should be
       comenced sued or taken against him the
       said Peter Murty by any Person or
       Persons whatsoever And for the
       Better Doeing acting Performing
       & executing of all or any of the
       Premisses the said Peter Murty thereby
       Further give unto me the said Patrick Trahee
       full Power and authority to constitute autorize
       & appoint & in mine & his the said
       Peter Murtyes Place & stead Putt one or more
       attorney or attorneys for him the said Peter
       Murty as his attorney or attorneys and to
       be his attorney or attorneys and the same
       at my Pleasure again to Revoke and
       other and others in the Place of the said
       attorney or attorneys to substitute & to
       Doe Execute Perform & finish for him
       the said Peter Murty & in his name all &
       singular things which might be expedient &
       necessary in about for touching or concerning
       the Premisses or any of them as throughly
       & wholly as the said Peter Murty himself
