       To all People to whom These Presents shall
       shall come I Patrick Trahee of London
       Merchant send Greeting Whereas Peter
       Murty formerly of Waterford in Ireland
       but then of Theneriffe one of the Canary
       Islands merchant only son & heir of Stephen
       Murty Late of Waterford aforesaid by
       Elizabeth his wife by Letter of attorney
       bearing Date on or about the Tenth
       Day of October Last authorized & appointed
       me the said Patrick Trahee his Lawfull
       attorney for him the said Peter Murty and
       in his name & for his use to sue for Recover
       & take Possession of all those two Plantations
       or Parcells of Lands together with the Negroes
       Cattle Stock & Improvements thereon to him
       belonging as son and heir of his said
       Late Father Stephen Murty by Elizabeth
       his wife formerly Elizabeth Power Late
       of Waterford Deceased which two Plantacons
       are scituate & being in Maryland in America
       and commonly Known by the Name of
       Murtys fields alias hen Waterford & New
       Passages formerly in the Possession of
       the said Stephen Murty & since his Death
       of Clemment Hill of Maryland aforesaid
       and from time to time at my Discression
       to lett sett manage sell and Dispose of
       all or any of the said Lands hereditaments
       and Premisses & to Receive & and Take
       all the Rents Issues and Profitts thereof
