       and that he the said Deponent as a
       Wittness Did thereunto subscribe his
       name as thereby it Doth and may
       appear

                   In Faith and Testimony whereof
                   we the said Lord Mayor and aldermen
                   have caused the seale of the
                   Office of Mayoralty of the said
Seale           City of London to be hereunto Put
                   and affixed and the said Deeds of
                   Lease and Release the said Deeds
                   of assignment and also the Letter
                   of attorney to be hereunto annexed
                   Dated in London the third Day
