203) second Day of September anno Dom 1719 and in the sixth year of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c.a Before me James Dunnidge Notary and Tabellion Publick Risideng in London by Royall authority Duly admitted and sworn and in the Presence of the wittnesses hereafter named Personally Appeared M.r Gilbert Higginson of London Merch.t who Decleared to have Made Ordained Constituted Authorized and appointed and by these presents Doth Make Ordain Constitute authorize and appoint M.r Patrick Sympson of Maryland Merchant and in case of his Mortallety or absence M.r W.m Black of Maryland aforesaid Merchant his true and Lawfull attorney Giving and by these Presents Granting unto his said attorney full Power and Lawfull authority for him the said constit.t in his name and to his use to ask Demand Levy Sue for and by all Lawfull ways and means Recover and Receive of and from all and every Person or Persons of what Degree or Quality soever Inhabiting in Maryland afores.d whome it shall or may concerne all and every such sume and sumes of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes Effects Estate and things whatsoever Due owing belonging or in any wise (appertaining) |
