       exhibited purporting and being Deeds of
       Lease and Release bearing Date the
       twelfth and Thirteenth Days of Aprill
       last and that he the said Deponant
       as a wittness Did to each of them severally
       write and endorse his name twice
       as thereby it Doth and ^may^ appear and
       and further the said Deponent saith
       That he was Present also and Did see
       the said ^Marg.t^ Brown Joseph Brown and
       Henry Ferne seale and as their severall
       acts and Deeds Deliver to the uses and
       Purposes therein Mentioned one other
       Parchment Indenture now Likewise Exhibited
       purporting and being a Deed of
       assignement bearing Date the said
       thirteenth Day of Aprill and that he
       the said Deponent as a wittness Did
       thereunto also ^twice^ write and endorse his name
       as by the same it Doth and may appear;
       and Lastly the said Deponent saith
