       Lord Mayor and the aldermen of the City
       of London send Greeting Know ye That
       on the Day of the Date Hereof in
       Kings Majestyes Court holden before
       us in the Chamber of the Guildhall of
       the said City Personally came and appeared
       Joseph Samvix of Staples in London
       Gentleman being a person well Known
       and worthy of Good Creditt and Did
       by Solemn Oath which he took upon the
       Holy Evangelist of Allmighty God before
       us then and there Solemnly Declear
       Testify and Depose to be True That
       he was Present and Did see Margarett
       Browne Joseph Browne and Henry Ferne
       by the Names and addicons of Margaret
       Browne of S.t Dunstans Stepney Widow
       Relict and Widow Relict and executrix
       of the Last will and Testament of
       Peregrine Browne Late of London
       Merchant Deceased Joseph Brown
       eldest son of the said Peregrine and
       Margarett ^Brown^ and Henry Fern Esq.r
       Receiver Generall and Casheir of his
       Majesties Customs at the port of London
       in Trust for his Majesty seale and as
       their severall acts and Deeds Deliver to
       their uses and Purposes therein Mentioned
       the two Parchm.t Indentures Now Exhibited
