       Birchfield shall think convenient and most for
       his Majestyes Interest his heirs or successors and
       to seale and execute all such Deeds all such
       Deeds writeings and conveyances shall be
       Necessary Relateing to the safe Disposall
       thereof and whatsoever my said attorney
       sall do in the Premises I the said Henry
       Fern Doe and shall Ratifie confirm and
       allow as fully and amply as If My
       self had been Present and Done the
