       Profitts Commodities Slaves and appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said Lands and Premisses
       belonging or in any wise appertaining or
       accepted Reputed or taken as part or Parcell
       thereof or belonging to the same and the
       Reversion or Revertions Remainder & Remainders
       of all and singular the said Premisses and
       all the Estate Rite Title Property Claime
       and Demand whatsoever of them the said
       Margarett and Joseph Browne of in and to
       the said Granted and Released Permises
       and ^every^ Part and Parcell thereof To have and
       to hold The said Two full and Equall
       third Parts of all and singular the Lands and
       Premisses hereby Granted Released and
       Confirmed or Mentioned or Intended to be hereby
       Granted Released and Confirmed with their
       appurtenances and every Part and Parcell
       thereof unto the said Henry Ferne his heirs
       and assignes for ever In trust to and for his
       Majesty that Now is and his successors Kings
       of Great Brittain for ever and to and for Noe
       other Intent Trust and purpose Whatsoever
       Now Know ye that I the said Henry
       Ferne hath constituted and appointed and
       by these presents doth constitute appoint & in my
       place & stead putt y.e said Maurice Birchfeild my
       true & lawfull Attorney for me & in my Name
       place & stead in Trust as afd to Sell & Dispose
       of the above menconed premisses or any parte ther
       thereof to such person or persons as are or shall
       be willing to purchase the same for such sume
       or sumes of Money as he the said Maurice
