       those Lands called Levell containing five
       hundred acres and also two full third Parts
       of all those Lands called the Forke containing
       five hundred acres all which said Lands
       were Taken up in Cecill County but Now Ly
       in Kent County in the said Province of
       Maryland and also two full third Parts
       of all those Lands called Ratcliffe Cross
       containing five hundred acres or thereabouts
       and also two full third Parts of all those
       their Lands called Providence containing
       three hundred acres all which Lands were taken
       up and Now Lye in Kent County aforesaid
       in the said Province of Maryland as the
       same Lands should be Respectively their
       after Devided and Parted out by Maurice
       Baurice Birchfield Esq.r Surveyor Generall
       of the Southern Continent of America or the
       Surveyor Generall for the time being of
       the said Southern Continent of America
       or whom he should appoint in writeing
       under his hand and seale and by the
       abovementioned Joseph Browne or whome
       he should appoint in writeing under his
       hand and seale Together with two Like
       full and equall third Parts of and every
       the Houses Edifices Building Barnes Stables
       Orchards Gardens woods underwoods Common
