194) Browne of & in to the said granted & Rele^a^sed Premises & every part & parcell thereof To have and to hold the said two full & Equall Third parts of all & singular the said Lands & Premises hereby bargained & sold or mentioned or Intended to be hereby bargained & sold with with their appurtenance and every Part and Parcell thereof unto the said Henry Fern his executors adm.rs and assignes in trust and for the use of his Majesty from the Day Next before the Day of these Presents for and During the term of one whole year fully to be compleat and ended yealding and Paying therefore unto the said Marg.t and Joseph Browne their Heirs and assignes the Rent of one Pepper Corne only on the Last Day of the said Term if the same shall be Lawfully Demanded To the Intent and Purpose that by vertue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring uses into Possession the said Henry Fern May be in Possession of all and singular the hereby bargained Premisses and be enabled to accept and Take a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance of all and singular the said bargained Premisses To and for the use and uses therein to be Decleared In wittness whereof the Parties above Mentioned have hereunto set their hands and seales the Day and year first above written Margrett (seale) Browne Joseph (sea) Browne Hen (seal) Ferne On the back of the aforegoing instrument was Thus Endorst (sealed) |
