193) Of all those their Lands called Ratcliff Cross containing five hundred acres or thereabouts And also two full Third Parts of all those their Lands called Providence containing five ^three^ hundred acres all which Land were Taken up and Now Lye in Kent County aforesaid in the said Province of Maryland as the same Lands shall Respectively be hereafter Devided and Parted out by Maurice Birchfield Esq.r Surveyor Generall of the southern continent of America or the Surveyor Generall for the time being of the said southern continent of America or whom he shall appoint in writeing under his hand and seale & the abovementioned Josseph Browne or whome he shall appoint in writeing under his hand & seale Together with two Like full and equall third Parts of all and every the Houses Edifices Buildings Barns Stables Orchards Gardens woods underwoods Commons Profitts Commodities Slaves and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Lands and Pemises belonging or in any wise appertaining or accepted Reputed or taken as Part or parcell thereof or belonging to the same and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders of all and singular the said the Premisses and all the Estate Right Title Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Margarett and Joseph (Browne) |
