       Half Part into Three Equall Parts to be Devided) of
       all those Lands in Cecill County in Maryland called
       Turkey ^Point^ containing in the whole one thousand
       acres (be the same more or less heretofore
       purchased by the said Peregrine Browne Deced
       jointly and with Cap.t Thomas Robinson
       Deceased and allso two full third Parts of
       all those their the said Margarett and Joseph
       Brownes Lands solely purchased by the s.d
       Peregrine Browne called Childberry containing
       by estimation two hundred and fifty acres and
       alsoe two full third Parts of all those their
       the said Margarett and Josep Brownes Lands
       called addition containing four hundred acres
       and also Two full third Parts of all those their
       Lands called Batchelors Hope containing four
       hundred acres and alsoe two full third Parts of
       all those Lands called Batchelors addition
       containing fifty acres all which said Lands
       are lying Baltemore County in the said
       Province of Maryland and also two full
       third Parts of all those their Lands called
       Plumb Park containing one hundred and fifty
       acres and alsoe two full Third Parts of all
       those Lands called Postern Hole containing
       five hundred acres and alsoe two full third
       Parts of all those Lands called Levell containing
       five hundred acres and alsoe two full
       third Parts of all those Lands called the
       Fork containing five hundred acres all which
