       shall be Devided and Parted out by the
       Persons herein aftermentioned Now therefore
       these Presents Wittness that the said
       Margarett and Joseph Browne as well for and
       in Consideration of the sum of the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these Presents as in
       Consideration of the More quiett and Peaceably
       Retention and Reservation of the
       full Third Part of the said Peregrine Brownes
       Estate Reall and Personall to the use of them
       selves and the said Margarett Brownes
       family and for Divers other good Causses and
       Considerations them hereunto especially Moveing
       they the said Margarett and Joseph Browne
       have granted Bargained Remised Released
       Enffeofed and Confirmed And by these Presents
       for their selves and their Heirs Doe fully and
       absolutely grant Bargain sell Remise and
       Release Enffeofe and Confirm unto the said
       Henry Fern his heirs and assignes in trust to
       and for the use of his Majestys that Now
       is and his successors Kings of Great Brittain
       (In his the said Henry Ferns actuall Possession
       now being by vertue of one indenture of
       Bargain and sale to him made bearing
       the Day before the Date of These Presents)
       two full and equall third Parts of all that
       their the said Margarett & Joseph Brownes
       Moyety or half Part (the said Moiety or
