183) Benefits of each of them with their appurtenances unto the said Margarett Browne his wife & her assignes Dureing the term of her Naturall Life with full Power and authority to sell and Dispose of each of the said Plantations or any Parcell thereof (if she thinks fitts) or finds the same Most beneficiall and convenient as in and by the said Recited Last will and Testament (Relation being thereunto had) more fully and Learge it Doth and May appeare And Whereas the said Peregrine Browne in his Life time and at the time of his Death stood indebted in Divers and severall sums of Money amounting together in the whole to the sume of four thousand four hundred and seven pounds thirteen shillings and seven Pence for the dutys and customs of severall Goods and Merchandizes by him imported and Whereas the said Margar.t and the said Joseph Browne are willing and intended for the more effectuall secureing the payment of the said summ of four thousand four hundred and seven pounds thirteen shillings and seven Pence to convey and assure unto the said Henry Ferne and his Heirs in trust to and for the use of his Majesty and his successors two full and equall thirds Parts (the whole in three Equall Parts to be Devided) of all and singular the Lands and Tenements of the said Peregrine Browne herein after particularly Mentioned and Expressed situate Lying and being in the Province of Maryland as the same (shall) |
