182 This Indenture made the thirteenth Day of Aprill anno Domini 1716 and in the second year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God King of Great Brittain France and Ireland Defender of the Faith Between Margarett Brown of S.t Dunstans Stepney widow Relict & executrix of the Last will and Testament of Peregrine Browne Late of London Merch.t Deced & Joseph Browne elder son of the said Peregrine and Margarett Browne on the one Part and Henry Fern Esq.r Receiver Generall and Cashier of his Majesties Customs at the Port of London in trust for his Majesty on the ^other^ Part Whereas the said Peregrine Browne Deceased in and by his Last will and Testament in writeing bearing Date the Three and Twentieth Day of February which was in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and eleven amongst other Legacies and Bequests therein Contained Did Give and bequeath unto the said Margarett Brown all his reall and Personall Estates of which he Might Dye seized or possesed in such Manner and proportions as are therein Limitted and Decleared (that is to say) all those his Plantations in Maryland called Turkey Point and Ratcliff Cross and the whole Profitts and (Benefitts) |
