       Discharge of the s.d Debt Due to his Majestie
       from the s.d Peregrine Browne as aforesaid
       And to the intent and purspose that they
       the s.d Maurice Birchfield R.d Bennett and
       Joseph Browne their ex.rs adm.rs and
       assignes doe and shall after such deductions
       and payments as afd pay and make good
       the remaining third part of the pmisses
       then in their hands unto the s.d Margerett
       and Joseph Browne their Executors Adm.rs
       or Assignes to their Owne uses for ever
       and to and for no other uses intents &
       purposes whatsoever And for the better
       gitting in the premisses for the intents &
       purposes afd the s.d Marg.tt and Joseph Browne
       have made ordained constituted and by
       these presents Doe make Ordaine & Constitute
       the s.d Maurice Birchfield Rich.d Bennett
       & Joseph Browne or any two of them whereof
       the s.d Maurice Birchfield is to be always ^one^
       their true and Lawfull Attorneys Irrevocable
       & in their names & steed to Ask Demand
