(177) Much Money as they shall have Expended and Disbursed for the Recovery and Receiving y.e same together w.th all their Other reasonable Charges for & in respect thereof and after such Deduction as afd To the Intent and Purpose That they the said Maurice Birchfield R.d Bennett and Joseph Browne their ex.rs & administrators out of the premisses so to be Recovered and received as afd pay ^of^ and satisfye unto the said R.d Bennett the ex.rs adm.rs and assignes at of the s.d premises Deb.t of so due to him from the Estate of the said Peregrine Browne afd And Immediately after such Deduction and payment as above is menconed To the Intent & Purpose that ^they^ the s.d Maurice Birchfield R.d Bennett and Joseph Browne their ex.rs and administrators doe and shall pay two full and Equall third Parts of all the Moneys and Premisses to be recovered & received afd then remaining in their hands (the whole into the three equall parts or shears being devided) unto the said Henry Ferne or the receiver Generall of his Majesties Customes at the Port of London for the time being for the use of his Majesty & his successors Kings of England for and in (Discharge) |
