       these Presents Doe fully and absolutely
       grant Bargaine Assigne Transferr and
       Sett Over Unto y.e said Maurice Birchfield
       Richard Bennett & Joseph Browne their
       ex.rs adm.rs & Assignes All and Every the
       s.d Debts am.ting altogether to the s.d Summ
       of three thousand three hundred ninety
       six pounds eleven shill & seven pence And
       all the Estate Right Title and Interest
       of them the said Marg.t and Joseph
       Browne of in and to the same
       To have and to hold the s.d sev.l
       Debts & sums of Money and all other
       hereby assigned or Menconed or Intended
       to be assigned & remises unto the said
       Maurice Birchfield Rich.d Bennett
       & Joseph Browne their ex.rs administrators
       and assignes from hence forth and for ever
       to and for the Intents and Purposes
       hereinafter particularly menconed (y.t is to say)
       to the intent & purpose that they the s.d
