       two hundred p.ds sterling And whereas there
       is due and Owing by & from the Estate of the
       s.d Peregrine unto the afd Rich.d Bennett the
       sum of                                          and certaine
       Law Changes which have been incurred by the s.d
       R.d Bennett and Others at the suit of the crown
       to the sum of
       Now therefore these presents wittness
       that the s.d Margarett and Joseph Browne as
       well for & in consideration of the sum of five
       shillings to them in hand paid by the s.d Maurice
       Birchfield R.d Bennett & Joseph Browne
       at and before the Ensealing and Delivery
       of these presents as for payment and
       satisfaction of the said Debt of four thousand
       four hundred and seven pounds thirteen
       shillings and seven pence so due to his Maj.ty
       from the Estate of the s.d Peregrine Browne
       deced aforesaid and for divers other good causes
       & considerations them the s.d Marg.t & Joseph
       Brown hereunto Especially Moveing they
       the s.d Marg.t & Joseph Brown by and with
       the advice and consent direction & appointm.t
       of the s.d Henry Ferne (Testifyed by his
       being ^made^ a partie to these presents & by his
       sealing and Executeing the same)
       Hath granted bargained assignes transferred
       and set over unto the s.d Maurice Birchfield
